Unless due to problems in Shenzhen Irobotbox Tech Co., Ltd. this service cann't be provided normally, all fees you paid for this service are non-refundable.

We visit through these four categories: 1) Role-based access control (RBAC); 2) User access registration, assign access rights for all user types; 3) Restrictions on shared user accounts, IDs and inactive accounts; 4) Regularly review the access rights of all users.

• 3.You have violated these terms.

7. Service Change, Interruption Or Termination

In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to server stability issues, the existence of malicious network attacks, and other circumstances beyond the control of Irobotbox software), the user agrees that Irobotbox software has the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the service at any time. In the event of such interruption or suspension of service, Irobotbox Software will try to notify affected users through web page announcements, system notifications, private messages, SMS reminders or other reasonable methods timely.

1. Recall corporate account;
2. Stop providing services to the user.

You can terminate your account or deactivate this service at any time. Any fees you paid before the termination of the service are non-refundable (except as expressly permitted in these terms of service).

Shenzhen Irobotbox Tech Co., Ltd. can terminate or suspend all or part of your account or access to this service without prior notice at any time under certain circumstances. Reasons for termination of such services include but are not limited to:

• 1.Violation of these terms of service;
• 2.You request to cancel or terminate your account;
• 3.Need to obey court summons, legal orders or follow legal procedures;
• 4.Problems caused by sudden natural disasters;
• 5.War, military operations, riots or armed rebellion;
• 6.You did not pay the fees related to this service;
• 7.Once your account is terminated, you will not be able to use the service normally. In addition, you can choose to delete all information and content under your account.

The user should abide by national laws, regulations and policies in the process of using the service, and the consequences of the actions arising from the use of the service shall be borne by the user.

Users should make their own judgments about illegal, unethical, erroneous or other inappropriate information that may be exposed to, and content that is misclassified or deceptively posted. In any case, for any information, including but not limited to any errors or omissions that occur; or due to the use of information released through service publishing, private messaging, communication, other means or spread elsewhere, the loss or injury shall be fully liable by the relevant actors.
• 2.In view of the fact that the content of the web pages pointed to by external links is not actually controlled by the Irobotbox Software, the Irobotbox Software cann't guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links provided for the convenience of users.
• 3.The user fully understands and agrees that this service involves the Internet and other related services, which may be caused by force majeure (including but not limited to war, typhoon, flood, fire, earthquake, strike, riot, etc.), computer virus or hacker attacks, Internet, etc. The risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements, users using this service must bear the above risks, and Irobotbox Software does not assume any responsibility.
• 4.The failure of the website system affects the normal operation of this service, and Irobotbox Software promises to handle and repair it in time. However, Irobotbox Software does not assume any responsibility for the economic and mental losses incurred by users. In addition, Irobotbox Software reserves the right to suspend this service without prior notice for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes, and Irobotbox Software shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom
• 5.The user suffers threats, defamation or other illegal acts from any other person during the use process. The user must bear the responsibility for this. Irobotbox Software does not provide any kind of guarantee for this service; Any direct or indirect loss for this user caused by it , Irobotbox Software assumes no responsibility.
• 6.After the user registers an account, if there is a violation of the law or this agreement, Irobotbox Software has the right to recall this account, and any problems caused to the user will be borne by the user.
• 7.If any of the following situations occur, Irobotbox Software has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services to the user at any time without notifying the user：
  • 1.The personal data provided by the user is not true or there are situations that infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties;
  • 2.The user violates the provisions of the terms of service;
  • 3.According to the requirements of government departments and/or judicial organs;
  • 4.Long-term (lasting 100 days or more) unused accounts after user registration;
  • 5.The user maliciously pre-registered the company name, the Irobotbox Software received a third party complaint and the third party issued corresponding evidence;
  • 6Other Irobotbox Software is considered to be a special case that meets the overall service requirements.

• 8.The user knows and agrees that Irobotbox Software may cooperate with third parties to provide products to users, and the third party will provide users with follow-up work such as upgrades, maintenance, and customer service of the product. The third party is responsible for all disputes or user losses caused by its own reasons, and the user hereby agrees to claim all rights and losses related to this to the third party.
• 9.If the service period is not marked, or the marked period of use is "permanent", "indefinite" or "unlimited", the period of use is from the date the user obtains the product or service to the date that the product or service of the Irobotbox software is offline.

9、Compensation

f Irobotbox Software violates the relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to the user, Irobotbox Software agrees to bear the liability for damages caused by it, and the amount of compensation is limited to the cost that the user has paid for the purchase of the corresponding service. To the maximum extent permitted by relevant laws, Irobotbox Software shall not be liable for indirect damages (including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, loss of business information, increase in costs, etc.) incurred by users due to the use or inability to use the services ; Irobotbox Software shall not be liable for the loss caused by the unavailability or failure of the service due to third-party reasons such as mobile communication service providers and Internet access service providers.

The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of Irobotbox software and other users. If the user violates the relevant laws, regulations or any terms under this agreement and causes losses to Irobotbox software or any other users, the user agrees to bear the resulting liability for damages and ensure that Irobotbox Software is protected from loss.

10、Agreement Modification

Irobotbox Software reserves the right to modify any terms of this agreement from time to time. Once the content of this agreement changes, Irobotbox Software will publish the revised agreement content on the website. If the user does not agree with the above modification, he can choose to stop using the service. Irobotbox software can also choose to notify users of the modified content through other appropriate methods (such as system notification).

If the user does not agree to the modification made by Irobotbox Software to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right to stop using the service. If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed that the user accepts the modification made by Irobotbox Software to the relevant terms of this agreement

11.Other Regulations

This agreement constitutes a complete agreement between the parties on the matters agreed in this agreement and other related matters. Except as provided in this agreement, no other rights are granted to the parties to this agreement.

If any term in this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining terms of this agreement shall still be valid and binding.

The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and should be ignored when interpreting this agreement.
